sweater season
NEW PURCHASE ALERT. stopped by the earnest sewn sample sale on my way to a casting...i picked up this amazing sweater for only 50. It is huuggee and super warm. The knit is really thick and it has a hood--i feel a little like joan of arc in it. Also, it reminds me of seventh grade, when i Only wore olive green.

the classy clash
So here is my outfit for monday...it is less shapeless and more attractive than it appears. Also, I am wearing black tights with barely visible verticle stripes. Thus, the absurd title of this post.

"Urban Equestrian"
Don't worry, the title is meant to be ironic. Please disregard the awkward pose, I was in a rush. Sadly, you are missing one of the best parts of the outfit, which is where I piled all of my gold chain bracelets onto my right wrist. "The perfect outfit for castings, seeing Alice Waters, or running into Alex Wolfe."
good thing i skipped the beret
i wish i were better at this self photography thing. i know we hate scott schuman now, or are at least a bit weary of him, but i want to be able to display the wonderful textures of my outfits! it isn't working! the way i make myself feel ok about this is that i know you know my wardrobe well enough to understand the harmonious juxtapositions of natural fibers around which my outfits inevitably revolve. also light reflectiveness.
